Orion Textile Mfy. (H.K.) Co. Ltd was established in 2004, under our parent company Uphill Home Textile (HK) Limited, which was established in 1987. We have a long history of renowned production with excellent quality, reliability and prompt delivery. Our major products include all kinds of towels, including beach towels, hand towels, wash towels, towel sets, bathrobes, floor towels, golf towels, compressed towels, aprons, mitten, and other home textile items.

QUALITY

We have strict quality standards starting from choice of yarns, method of weaving, and ways of drying, steaming, finishing and washing. Our facility is one of the best equipped in the industry. Our production capacity is over 3 million m2 per month. We have automatic computer machines that can weave up towels from 20cm up to 240cm width of woven towels in all kinds of weaves. Printing can be done in both reactive and pigment printing. Terry or velour weaves in plain, dyed, jacquard, double jacquard or embroidery are some of our strengths.

PROMPT DELIVERY

Our long production history allows us to partner with many factories in China covering a wide range of textile products and ensuring prompt deliveries. We create our own home textile products including kitchen textiles, bath items and dinning textiles. Products such as aprons, mittens, pot holders, placemats, napkins, curtains, bed sheets, pillow case, table cloths, table runners, cushions, blankets, rugs, slippers, soft toys, bags, gift items and many more. We manufacture and export around the world to the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and local markets.

Factory : Facilities

Weaving Machines

Our factory's weaving machines are automatic rapier weaving machines which are computerized and can weave single and double jacquard patterns. The machines are mainly use to weave all kinds of jacquard patterned towels for beach, bath, hand, face, and floor towels etc. Towel weights range from 220-1200g/sqm in cotton and with blended yarns. We adopt advance system in servomotor-looping. Using convenient and easy digitalized and standardized button operation, we can control the loop height by setting the height of each weft and wavy loops, saw tooth loops, high-low loops, etc. so that patterns can be woven freely. In addition, weft-density weaving is controllable from 5~46 picks/cm. The automatic loom compare with old mechanical looping, it solves and avoids problems of speed inching resulting high-low loop. With the weft fixing and automatic stop function, automatic loom machine are free to set any special patterns.

Printing Machine

Our flat screen printing machines are automatic with intelligent magnetic roll printing which is exclusive for towels. It adopts the latest computer interaction method and can be operated in fast producing speed and good penetration. A maximum of ten or more colors can be printed each time. Special techniques can be adopted to print gradation and refine patterns. We use environmental friendly dyes free from azo and formaldehyde for reactive printing. Printing size ranges from wash towel, hand towel, bath and beach towels from 20cm up to 101cm width and length up to 178cm. All towels are washed and steamed in the production process ensuring softness and color fastness.

Sewing Floor

Our sewing floor is equipped with the standard sewing machines, cover locking machines, fabric rollers, cutting tables, velour machines, yarn rollers, yarn pulling machines and metal detector etc. All machines are handled by skilled workers efficiently.

Packing Floor

Products are inspected a few times in our packing area to ensure quality control. We have strict inspection rules making sure all production are checked and can pass the international standards.
